WORKSHOP DESIGN & FACILITATION

Meetings can be pretty boring and ineffective in getting work done, but they don’t have to be. A well designed and run meeting can not only yield powerful results and tangible decisions, it can also be engaging, inspiring, and fun. When a group of people are guided through a thoughtful process of collaboration and co-design, amazing things can happen.

I design and deliver meetings and workshops for a wide variety of purposes:

  • Decision-making and consensus building through collaboration

  • Brainstorming

  • Scenario planning and stress-testing of ideas

  • Education and training

  • Culture and connection building

Because we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, many of us have shifted to holding meetings and workshops in a virtual setting when needed. Luckily we have some excellent tools at our disposal to help make those events collaborative and interactive. Miro is a virtual white-boarding tool that allows groups of people to work together in an online setting, and it can be a lot of fun to use. I often design themed Miro boards to help facilitate workshops and bring some life to the content and activities.
